Job Description
Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic Plan Quality Technician to be a part of our Calgary team. The role will include, but not be limited to:
- Interpret and analyze field notes and survey data
- Perform advanced calculations
- Perform quality control checks on Geomatics plans using standards set by the ALSA Manual of Standard Practice and Alberta Land Titles Procedure manual.
- Perform quality control checks on data being submitted by field staff.
Job Qualifications
The preferred candidate will have the following characteristics:
- Degree or Diploma in Geomatics.
- Good understanding of the principles of surveying (field experience would be an asset)
- Strong AutoCAD/GIS knowledge.
- Innovative and adaptable in a diverse geomatics landscape.
- Junior and Senior positions available
