About the Opportunity

Murray & Associates, Professional Land Surveyors has an exciting full time position available for an Intermediate or Senior Survey Office Technician to join our team in Surrey, BC. Murray & Associates, along with our associated company Aplin & Martin Engineering, have been providing a full range of services for over 40 years.

In this role, you will be responsible for completing survey computations as well as plan preparation for legal, topographic and construction surveys. You will be doing a portion of your work under the Strata Property Act, with both field and office responsibilities.

To qualify, you must have a degree or diploma in a survey/geomatics program along with 3 - 5 years of work experience in a survey office environment.

It is essential that you have highly developed skills in AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop, Microsurvey and Civil 3D.

Along with the ability to work well within a team, we invite you to apply if you have excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal situations.

A valid BC driver's license is required.
