Job Description
- To execute field Geomatics and Engineering projects according to the instruction provided by the client, project manager and field supervisor.
- Ensure field returns (notes and data) are completed according to Stewart Weir’s standard operating procedures.
- Direct junior staff in the use of data collectors, RTK GPS, Total Stations, Pipe locating and Precision Measuring Devices.
- Coordinate the field crew to function safely and efficiently in remote locations.
Job Qualifications
Qualifications (non-inlcusive):
- Related field experience and/or education.
- Good knowledge of survey methodologies, total stations, GPS.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to supervisor others.
