Your responsibilities include:

  • Advising customers, internal sales reps and product managers on applications, product performance and installation-critical topics
  • Assisting in proposal preparation by clarifying technical details
  • Training technical staff and clients in using our products, among the industry's most advanced
  • Installing new products and leading complex customization projects while working closely with engineering staff and clients
  • Responding to customer enquiries and resolving complex issues during installation phases
  • Participating in technical reviews, impact assessments of new releases and reviews of competitive activity, as well as recommending product enhancements
  • Delivering documentation regarding modifications, troubleshooting procedures and problem resolutions
  • Leading troubleshooting at customer's sites - worldwide
  • Guiding and directing less experienced staff


Job Qualifications

This is an exciting position if you're very well experienced and accomplished, specifically bringing the following skills and experience to the mission ahead:


  • Bachelors degree in Engineering
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in technical support or customer service
  • Knowledge of GPS/IMU technology
  • Working knowledge of mapping and surveying
  • Ability to present technical information in understandable form for non-technical recipients
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Requirement to be available and respond to off-duty calls 24/7
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines as well as remain flexible
